Job Summary
A technology company is in need of a Remote Onboarding Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Following onboarding process from initial client kick-off meeting
- Managing a portfolio of 20-25 clients onboarding to Shulware products
- Actively promoting the purchase of training packages
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's degree
- 5 years of experience in a customer facing role
- Excellent project management skills
- Adept at record keeping (project management software a plus)
- Extremely organized and efficient
- Excellent interpersonal skills
