Job Summary

A software and plugin developer is in need of a Remote Onboarding Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Supporting public-facing products
  • Working on interesting customer and product challenges
  • Troubleshooting issues related to MLSs

Qualifications Include:

  • Experience with Pipedrive, Intercom, Trello, and Zendesk
  • 2+ years of client-facing experience, preferably with SaaS customers
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • The ability to multitask and prioritize customer needs
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude and calm demeanor
