Job Summary
A physician-led healthcare staffing company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Onboarding Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing the onboarding / cross-boarding process for new and existing clinicians
- Making decisions on behalf of the clinician as it relates to documents to increase clinician experience and retention
- Building relationships with all clinicians to support retention outcomes throughout his/her first year
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience within a healthcare setting
- Excellent communication skills and listening skills
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in various computer applications
- Familiarity with technology and able to adapt to changes within technological updates
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines with a sense of urgency
