Job Summary

An retail office supplier is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Onboarding Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Developing an understanding of customers' business and operational objective
  • Creating internal program documentation (SOP) and conduct account hand-off
  • Organizing and maintaining customer account files related to initial account set-up & Onboarding

Required Skills:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2+ years related professional experience
  • 3+ years related professional experience
  • Competency in MS Office suite and PC Skills
  • Direct sales support experience, ideally in a B2B environment
