Job Summary
A financial services firm is filling a position for a Remote Onboarding Technical Specialist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Monitoring progress and ensure onsite installs are on track
- Coordinating with vendor and onboarding specialists
- Owning all communication regarding onsite installs with our implementation vendors
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 3-5 years experience in a customer success, technical support, vendor coordination or onboarding role
- Excellent organizational skills and technical aptitude
- Excellent time management with a strong sense of urgency
- Bachelors degree or Equivalent Experience
