Remote Oncology Hematology Clinical Development Medical Director

Job Summary

A staffing agency is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Oncology Hematology Clinical Development Medical Director.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Review and sign off on clinical documents related to clinical studies as outlined by the manager
• Build and maintain effective relationships with clinical key opinion leaders for pulmonary oncology
• Assume the medical leadership role and serve as a responsible medical monitor supporting global clinical trials

Position Requirements Include:

• 4-7 years combined experience in academic and/or industry oncology clinical research and drug development
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as medical monitor on a clinical oncology trial
• At least 2 years in drug development industry in oncology and with previous exposure to clinical development, regulatory and statistical activities
• Working knowledge of the drug development process in the USA and EU
• Ability to understand and implement prioritization of deliverables
• Ability to learn, integrate complex information, and communicate clinical information
