Job Summary

A biopharmaceutical company is in need of a Remote Oncology Marketing Senior Manager in Thousand Oaks.

Core Responsibilities Include:

Analyzing of customer brand/competitor performance, as well as contract performance
Driving development and implementation of an innovative HCP activation strategy to engage and mobilize treating physicians
Owning budget and performance accountability for applicable tactics and initiatives

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

High school diploma / GED and 12 years of Marketing and/or business experience per Marketing/Sales commercial organization
Master’s degree and 4 years of Marketing and/or business experience per Marketing/Sales commercial organization OR
Bachelor’s degree and 6 years of Marketing and/or business experience per Marketing/Sales commercial organization OR
Associate’s Degree and 10 years of Marketing and/or business experience per Marketing/Sales commercial organization OR
Doctorate degree with 2 years of Marketing and/or business experience iper Marketing/Sales commercial organization
Previous management consulting experience and outstanding analytical skills
