Job Summary

A staffing agency is in need of a Remote Oncology Medical Director in Atlanta.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Evaluating the medical necessity of services
  • Reviewing appeals for denied services
  • Maintaining files of all reviews

Required Skills:

  • M.D. or D.O. with a current, active, U.S. state medical license
  • Board certified in a specialty recognized by the American Board of Medical Specialties
  • 5+ years experience in Oncology
  • Board certification in medical oncology or hematology or radiation oncology
  • Recent practice experience in direct patient care (within the past 18 months)
