Job Summary
A company is looking for a Remote Oncology Pharmacist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a core member of the oncology team, providing direct patient care and oncology pharmacy services
- Ensure appropriate medication therapy and clinical outcomes in the specialty area
- Monitor drug therapy regimens, evaluate adverse reactions, and resolve drug-related problems
Required Qualifications:
- Doctoral degree in Pharmacy recognized by ACPE or equivalent accrediting body
- Board Certified Oncology Pharmacist (BCOP) required
- Active State Board of Pharmacy Pharmacist License in state of Residence
- ASHP-Accredited Post Graduate Year 1 and 2 Residency or Fellowship, or equivalent experience in the specialty area
