Job Summary
Supporting oncology programs remotely on a contract basis, the Remote Oncology Program Manager will manage project efforts, assist in strategic medical planning, and facilitate effective communication among cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Manage program efforts and support budget planning and process management for USMAO therapeutic areas
- Collect and analyze data to assist in the development of annual brand strategies and tactical plans
- Facilitate meeting management and oversee program communications to ensure effective decision-making
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 4 years of project management experience in a healthcare environment
- Experience and understanding of the pharmaceutical industry
- Demonstrated success in influencing outcomes within matrix teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Ability to manage multiple tasks of varied complexity simultaneously
