Job Summary

A healthcare company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Oncology Translational Research Scientific Director.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Developing biomarker strategies and novel approaches to address DAS-focused disease biology questions
• Characterizing disease mechanisms, mode of action for therapeutic interventions, and candidate biomarkers for the Oncology TA
• Performing real-time bioinformatics and statistical analysis, visualization, and data interpretation

Qualifications Include:

• A Ph.D. in Computational Biology, Biostatistics or related field
• 6 years of relevant experience working on bioinformatics projects
• Prior work experience in a computational biology, bioinformatics or related setting
• Working knowledge of drug discovery and development including experience in a matrix team environment
