Job Summary
A university has an open position for a Remote Online Communications Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Assisting the Regional Manager in strategic communications, with an emphasis on media relations
- Conducting interviews, researching, writing copy for web or articles, print, radio and TV, social media updates, newsletters, and promo materials
- Designing video, PPT slides, and other visual presentations and contribute consistent growth of social media reach
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, public relations, journalism, or related field
- 5-8 years of experience in public relations or related field, including internships
- An equivalent combination of relevant education and/or experience is acceptable per the above
- Knowledge of public relations programs
