Job Summary

An education services company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Online Learning Customer Service Technical Support Administrator.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Troubleshooting LMS (online school) issues (Internet/application issues)
  • Logging all calls in call tracking system, creating detailed, accurate entries
  • Escalating calls when necessary according to guidelines

Required Skills:

  • Strong remote troubleshooting and working knowledge of ISP’s
  • Knowledge of home networking/devices and wireless devices
  • Prior technical contact center / Help Desk experience
