Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Online Notary.

Key Responsibilities

Verify the identity of signers using approved remote identification technologies
Review documents to ensure they are complete and meet legal requirements
Apply electronic notarial acts and ensure compliance with state laws and regulations

Required Qualifications

Minimum of six (6) months of Remote Online Notarization experience
Minimum of one (1) year experience as a commissioned Notary
Proof of completion of a Remote Online Notarization Basic Training Course
E&O Insurance Policy with a minimum of 100k coverage
Must provide a background check dated within one year
