Job Summary
A company is looking for a Remote Online Notary.
Key Responsibilities
- Verify the identity of signers using approved remote identification technologies
- Thoroughly review real estate documents to ensure they are complete and meet legal requirements
- Apply electronic notarial acts and ensure compliance with state laws governing remote online notarization
Required Qualifications
- NNA Certified
- Minimum of six (6) months RON experience
- Minimum of one (1) year experience as a commissioned Notary
- Minimum of one (1) year experience working with loan or real estate documents
- Proof of completion of a Remote Online Notarization Basic Training Course
