A company is looking for a Real Estate Signing Agent.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Real Estate Remote Online Notary (RON) sessions in compliance with state law and platform standards
• Verify signer identity and review documents for completeness and accuracy
• Execute notarizations efficiently while managing multiple signers and document types

Required Qualifications

• Active commissions as a notary public in a RON-authorized state
• 1 year of traditional notary experience and 6 months of RON experience
• NNA Certified Notary Signing Agent and completion of a RON Education Course
• Minimum $250,000 Errors & Omissions Insurance and a valid Digital Certificate from IdenTrust
• Background check dated within a year
