Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Online Notary for General Notary Work in specific biometric states.

Key Responsibilities

• Verify signer identities using remote identification and biometric authentication tools
• Review documents for completeness, accuracy, and legal compliance prior to notarization
• Conduct live RON sessions while ensuring compliance with state-specific laws and procedures

Required Qualifications

• Minimum six (6) months of active Remote Online Notarization (RON) experience
• Minimum one (1) year as a commissioned Notary Public
• Authorization to perform RON in one of the listed biometric states
• Completion of a Remote Online Notarization basic training course
• Errors & Omissions insurance with minimum $100,000 coverage
