Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Notary to ensure accurate and timely notarization of timeshare and real estate documents.

Key Responsibilities

Perform remote online notarizations for various documents with accuracy and professionalism
Verify signer identity and ensure documents are complete and compliant
Coordinate notarization scheduling and collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth closings

Required Qualifications

Active Notary Public Commission in a state permitting Remote Online Notarization (RON)
1-3 years of experience notarizing timeshare, real estate, deed, or mortgage documents
Experience using digital notarization platforms like DocuSign or Notarize
Strong knowledge of contract execution and document processing requirements
Experience with Salesforce preferred
