Job Summary

To support a high-volume signing operation, the full-time Remote Online Notary Specialist will conduct RON closings primarily for HELOC loan packages, ensuring accuracy and completeness while maintaining a fast-paced work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct RON closings, primarily for HELOC loan packages and other assigned real estate and loan types
• Verify signer identity and review packages for completeness before and during signing
• Maintain a consistent, high daily signing pace while catching errors to prevent funding delays

Required qualifications

• NNA Certified Signing Agent
• Active RON certification and notary in good standing
• Demonstrated experience closing loan signings, ideally with HELOC or other residential mortgage products
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong attention to detail
