Remote Online Notary - VA, LA, MO, MT, NJ, OR, PA, UT, WY

Job Summary

A company is looking for a General Notary Work Overnight position in specific states during the hours of 11:00pm to 7:00am.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify the identity of signers using approved remote identification technologies
• Review documents to ensure they are complete and meet legal requirements
• Apply electronic notarial acts and ensure compliance with state laws governing remote online notarization

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of six (6) months Remote Online Notarization (RON) experience
• Minimum of one (1) year experience as a commissioned Notary
• Proof of completion of a Remote Online Notarization Basic Training Course
• E&O Insurance Policy with a minimum coverage of $100,000
• Must provide a background check dated within one year
