Remote Online Real Estate Keying Analyst
Job Summary
A developer of an online real estate platform has a current position open for a Remote Online Real Estate Keying Analyst.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Assisting in drafting documentation for special handling guidelines for selected fields
- Preparing and providing keying packages and support offshore vendor
- Gathering information from county recorder, assessor, & treasurer offices to assist in keying instruction preparation
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- At least 2+ years of experience working with real estate public records
- 2+ years' experience in preparing Deed & Mortgage documents
- Experienced in communicating and gathering information from County Agencies
- Knowledgeable of Microsoft Office products
- Ability to prepare and provide keying packages and support offshore vendor
