Job Summary
A tech company known for its popular search engine is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Online Recruiting Program and Operations Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Organizing and driving the operations for the Online Screening team
- Setting the vision for, lead, and drive projects and efforts across multiple stakeholders inclusive of business case, scope, timelines, risks, and issues
- Driving critical strategic, operational, and organizational initiatives across the Recruiting organization
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 3 years of experience in program management within an organization
- Experience using data to draw insights and provide recommendations to improve efficiency and experience across the global teams
