Job Summary
An online retail company is in need of a Remote Online Retail Consumer Relations Support Associate.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Liaising between Topps and consumers by supporting all inquiries and issues
- Modeling exemplary service through telephone, email, and direct mail channels
- Delighting consumers; applying good judgement on a case-by-case basis, expediting resolutions, and following up
