Job Summary

An online retail company is in need of a Remote Online Retail Consumer Relations Support Associate.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Liaising between Topps and consumers by supporting all inquiries and issues
  • Modeling exemplary service through telephone, email, and direct mail channels
  • Delighting consumers; applying good judgement on a case-by-case basis, expediting resolutions, and following up

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Positive, consumer-minded individual with a passion to serve
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Proficiency in MS Word & Excel
