Job Summary
An online private school is in need of a Remote Online School Recruitment Marketing Coordinator.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Creating and posting content across all social media channels, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest and Twitter
- Curating and sourcing content for careers blog
- Writing and updating job postings
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Knowledge of how to effectively leverage different social platforms to attain greatest exposure of company employment brand
- Understanding of and experience with, or willingness to learn, marketing analytics including :
- Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Facebook Business Manager and HubSpot
- Advanced writing skills to create meaningful posts for blogs and other social channels
- Ability to create engaging social content
- Ability to work with employees across a broad network to encourage employee participation in recruitment marketing activities
