Job Summary
A travel company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Online Support Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Supporting and assisting clients with all online booking systems via phone and email
- Working closely with online support, online tech and development teams
- Assisting in basic logic behind SAP Concur expense tool
Qualifications for this position include:
- 2+ years experience in a full-service travel agency
- Current Worldspan GDS experience
- Deeply ingrained orientation to the customer
- Time management skills with the ability to work well under pressure
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
