Job Summary
A company offering an online survey platform is filling a position for a Remote Online Survey Company Customer Success Specialist.
Must be able to:
- Assist and shadow Success Mangers/Senior Managers
- Participate in client conversations, listening and taking notes
- Deliver basic demos and build ability to do more advanced trainings
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

- Evidence of being a structured thinker who is able to address problems logically and resourcefully
- Self-motivated learner who sets and achieves personal goals
- Fluent in using Google Workspace (formerly G Suite) and/or Microsoft Office
