Job Summary
A multinational technology firm has an open position for a Remote Open Leadership Development Senior Program Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Providing regular status updates of progress against engagement and project plans
- Producing and delivering timely assessments and reports of program status, risks, and obstacles
- Escalating risks to the principal program manager and senior principal leadership architect as appropriate
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree that provides a solid foundation for program management, adult learning, and consulting
- 5+ years of experience designing, delivering, and managing high potential leadership programs
- Excellent consulting skills and experience involving global leadership development strategies and solutions
- Experience working directly with executive leaders
