Job Summary
A company providing services and technology for all phases of the home lending lifecycle has a current position open for a Remote Open Order Associate.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Assist the business unit with opening national title orders, which includes managing and tracking
- Assist with the implementation of new clients
- Provide daily reporting of new orders and communicates with the business until on turn times
Position Requirements Include:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1 -2 years’ experience working in an office environment
- Must be able to use and have basic computer skills and be proficient in the Microsoft software products
- Proven customer service skills
- Must be able to multi-task
- Must be capable of meeting daily production goals with a high level of accuracy
