Job Summary

A technology company is seeking a Remote Open Source Support Support Engineer.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Analyzing common questions, submit relevant issues on GitHub
• Managing and answering questions and concerns on slack during working hours
• Understanding the use cases and tools involved to provide support to requests

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Participate in relevant user and contributor meetings/events
• Strong people skills in terms of listening non-judgmentally to user questions and frustrations
• Software development experience to fix bugs and review PRs
• Ability and desire to reach out to others in the company and community for help
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
