Job Summary
A performance apparel company is in need of a Remote Opening and Optimization Visual Merchandising Specialist.
Must be able to:
- Provide insight back to cross functional partners about how strategies, layouts, fixturing, etc is landing in stores
- Update VMSOS resources to align with North America Visual Merchandising resources for consistency across fleet
- Ensure all O+O projects are assigned a VMSOS and are set-up for open and beyond
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Proven passion for program and operational management
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, merchandising or visual communications
- Ability to use critical thinking and strong delegation skills
- Demonstrated leadership experience within retail industry
- Knowledge of and confident using Smartsheet, SharePoint, Excel
- Experience leading others through execution
