Job Summary

A healthcare company has a current position open for a Operating Effectiveness Change Specialist in Nashville.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Working with the project manager to integrate the approved plans into the project plan
• Executing against the approved plans; reporting appropriately on status and effectiveness
• Designing and leading effective meetings with leaders, managers, and stakeholders as appropriate

Qualifications for this position include:

• Ability to travel 25-35% of the time
• Understanding of how people and organizations go through change and the change process
• Knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices
• Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
• Demonstrated passion around customer focus and improving processes that impact customer satisfaction
• Training in Change management - some experience required
