Job Summary
A health insurance company is in need of a Remote Operation Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Perform data analysis of staff performance
- Manage workflow to prevent claim backlog
- Lead client operational workgroups
Position Requirements Include:
- 3+ years of experience with health insurance business, industry terminology and regulatory guidelines
- High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
- 1+ years of leadership experience
- Or 1+ years of experience initiating and leading a special project and/or providing mentorship to peers
