Job Summary

An IT company has a current position open for a Remote Operational Excellence Director.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive operational excellence strategy aligned with our company’s objectives
• Identify areas for improvement and lead initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, productivity, and quality
• Analyze existing processes, systems, and procedures to identify optimization opportunities and streamline operations

Qualifications Include:

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree
• Bring 7 years of experience in operational excellence, business process improvement, or related roles, with a track record of success
• Demonstrate exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to optimize complex processes
• Exhibit strong leadership abilities, with the capacity to lead cross-functional teams and drive change
• Excel in communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration
