Job Summary
A non-profit healthcare system is seeking a Remote Operational Excellence Director in St Louis.
Must be able to:
- Participate and support the new Operations Leadership Team (OLT) with analytics, assessments, and implementation leadership
- Provide COO and OLT with analytics around operational trends and deploy resources to help improve negative operational trends
- Provide Market overhead assessments, analytics, and consultations in collaboration with Finance, Performance Excellence, and HR
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Bachelor's degree required
- Licensure required relevant to state in which work is performed
- 5 years of experience required
- 2 years of leadership or management experience required
