A web3 infrastructure company has an open position for a Remote Operational Excellence Senior Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Building, scaling and owning the Operational Excellence function, which will establish core competencies
- Establishing a process ownership framework to consistently standardize and map customer journeys and workflows
- Developing a quality assurance and management system to audit internal processes and identify gaps and opportunities
