Job Summary
A provider of information technology services to government agencies needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Operations Analyst.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Ensuring all critical incidents are communicated to senior management
- Documenting all incidents through ticketing system
- Reviewing all programs and associated documentation
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Ability to work remotely with flexibility to travel to Washington DC when necessary (less than 10%)
- Experience in the healthcare industry, especially with digital health content
- BS with 7 - 12 years or Associate’s with 9-14 years of experience in relevant fields
- Experience in facilitating technology-based discussions
- Experience in planning and implementing information technology policies and procedures
- Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures
