Job Summary
An information technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Operations Analyst Field Recruiter.
Must be able to:
- Prepare requested reports and monitor recruiting statistics
- Source and screen applicants over the phone to identify viable candidates
- Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
Position Requirements Include:
- 3-5 or more years of proven experience recruiting
- Outstanding client and candidate relationship skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adhere to SOPs
- High degree of accuracy and focus/attention to detail
