A Manufacturer of bicycles and bicycle components has a current position open for a Remote Operations and Finance Director.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Covering and exceeding the company run cost to maximize the contribution to the topline revenue
- Maintaining company standard or higher store audit result with the outcome of managing risk, loss and safety
- Developing and maintenaning of the standard operating procedures for the company
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Must be able to travel 25% of their time
- Proven experience in finance & operations (3-5 years)
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
- Outstanding communication and people skills
- Knowledge of the industry
- BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field
