Remote Operations and Innovations Director

Job Summary

A medical teaching and research institution is seeking a Remote Operations and Innovations Director.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Reporting to the Executive Director of Revenue Cycle Operations and Innovations
• Identifying improvement opportunities to leverage technology, create connectivity and implement cross functional solutions to foster innovation in the health systems service delivery across multiple methods
• Coordinating efforts with operational leaders to create intuitive environments for internal staff

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance or a related field
• A minimum of 7-10+ years of hospital revenue cycle management experience including 3-5 years of management experience
• Requires understanding of medical terminology
• Requires knowledge of standard PC word processing, spreadsheet and database application
