Job Summary
A software as a service company has an open position for a Remote Operations and Process Optimization Director in San Francisco.
Must be able to:
- Review operations across professional services and develop roadmaps for improvement
- Work with regional and team leaders to develop and implementation actions to resolve productivity and efficiency issues
- Define and lead group initiatives for optimization within and across the entire employee life cycle
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor's degree
- 10+ years Operations/Professional Services experience in the software solutions industry
- Able to massure the productivity and efficiency of our teams and ensure that internal processes, tools and practices are aligned for maximum efficiency
