Job Summary
An entertainment media company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Operations and Technology Talent Acquisition Recruiter.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Build strong consultative relationships with HR Partners and Business Leaders
- Leverage high level communications skills with hiring team throughout the recruiting lifecycle
- Develop robust partnerships with Campus Programs & D&I
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- At least 2+ years recruiting for technical product teams, ideally spanning across creative and engineering disciplines
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience managing projects and owning client relationships
- At least 5+ years of work experience in a search firm or corporate recruiting environment or related industry position
