Job Summary

A technology company is filling a position for a Remote Operations Assistant Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Monitoring, tracking and evaluating leaders/teams' performance based upon pre-determined KPIs
  • Ensuring that underperforming supervisors and specialists meet client expectations
  • Managing multiple administrative projects used to track agent performance

Position Requirements Include:

  • A minimum of two-year experience in the supervisory role
  • Must have an active resident producer license
  • Minimum of one season of UHC Sales licensed supervisory experience
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Intermediate to Advanced knowledge in working in a Windows-based computer environment
  • Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
