Job Summary
An education company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Operations Associate.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Configuring student and staff enrollment in our learning management system
- Maintaining the system and resolve user problems in real time
- Working closely with the support team to develop new solutions and implement new processes
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Ability to own projects independently and meet deadlines
- Proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent writing skills, particularly related to sharing information and documenting processes
