A fine jewelry retail company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Operations Associate.
Must be able to:
- Manage, process, and track customer diamond and gem orders
- Ensure accuracy and timely processing and arrival
- Build and maintain external partner and vendor relationships
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment
- A passion for socially and environmentally responsible organizations and products
- Comfortable picking up new software and systems, and have demonstrated knowledge of Excel
- Clear and concise communication skills
