Job Summary
A clinical development organization focused on delivering a better clinical experience for patients and healthcare professionals is seeking a Remote Operations Associate In Deerfield.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Completing candidate correspondence including offer letters/agreements/new hire paperwork
- Distributing materials related to benefits, open enrollment and summary plan descriptions to associates
- Booking travel for candidates, as needed
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong organizational and customer service skills with high attention to detail and follow-through.
- Experience in the Staffing arena preferred
- Working knowledge of labor and employment laws preferred
