A non-profit education and social justice organization is filling a position for a Remote Operations Associate in Oakland.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Identifying best practices and process improvement
- Managing systems and tools
- Leading planning and logistics of program wide initiatives and activities
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor in related field and/or 2 + years of experience in education program development or equivalent
- Experience in the design, integration, implementation and management of an educational program
- Demonstrated effectiveness in working with youth from diverse backgrounds
- Demonstrated commitment to STEM diversity
