Job Summary

A provider of health and human service programs needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Operations Bilingual Customer Service Representative II in Phoenix.

Must be able to:

  • Provide customer service for vaccine grantees and providers via telephone and e-mail
  • Use computerized system for tracking, information gathering, and/or troubleshooting
  • Provide Level 1 support to users relating to COVID19 Vaccine

Qualifications for this position include:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • One (1) to three (3) years of related customer service, call center or help desk experience
  • Demonstrated customer service, leadership and team interaction skills
  • Ability to define and solve problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
  • Ability to plan, organize and prioritize work activities
