Job Summary
A provider of health and human service programs needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Operations Bilingual Customer Service Representative II in Phoenix.
Must be able to:
- Provide customer service for vaccine grantees and providers via telephone and e-mail
- Use computerized system for tracking, information gathering, and/or troubleshooting
- Provide Level 1 support to users relating to COVID19 Vaccine
Qualifications for this position include:
- High School Diploma or GED
- One (1) to three (3) years of related customer service, call center or help desk experience
- Demonstrated customer service, leadership and team interaction skills
- Ability to define and solve problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
- Ability to plan, organize and prioritize work activities
