Job Summary
A consumer product company is in need of a Remote Operations Business Analyst.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with colleagues and influence customers
- Collecting, reviewing, analyzing, and managing both system and user requirements
- Implementing process improvements along with support for issue resolution and testing
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of experience in requirements analysis or business process improvement functions
- Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud, CyberSource, Authorize.net, LucidChart, Jira, Confluence
