Job Summary
A university is in need of a Remote Operations Business Process Expert.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Conduct business systems process analysis and needs assessments
- Ensuring that project team members work together to define business processes
- Ensuring that a change management process occurs throughout the organization
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 2 years of experience in change management, project management, etc
- Excellent organization skills; must be able to manage tasks and projects with minimal guidance
- Ability to interact with all levels within the organization and work with multiple projects simultaneously
- Special Skills: facilitation, process mapping, policy creation, reporting
- Ability to ensure that the required work is delivered on time
