Job Summary

A nonprofit research and action institute is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Operations Coordinator.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Coordinating across teams to foster exchange of ideas and providing institute-wide learning opportunities
  • Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Supporting back- and front- office operations and training initiatives

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in project management, human resources, accounting, or related field
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team across multiple areas
  • Exceptionally strong communication and organizational skills
  • Extremely careful attention to detail, an ability to multitask, and strong time management skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint, Google Workspace, Salesforce, Constant Contact, etc
